Facilities Information and usage

[Free wifi]

[About facility equipment]
Facilities include basic cooking utensils, pots, frying pans, kettles, rice cookers, microwaves, refrigerators, gas stoves, toasters, tabletop gas stoves, hot plates, barbecue tables for outdoor use, chopsticks and spoons, plates, cups, and the number of people. Bath towels and face towels, disposable toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc. are provided.  We do not have yukata etc.

[About BBQ]
Basically, winter is not suitable for BBQ, so we use BBQ from spring to autumn.  You can use the simple tables, chairs, and barbecue stove (only one, for about 8 people) in the facility free of charge.  There are chairs for each person, but if you have a large group, the benches may be a little cramped, so if you can, please bring your own.  Please prepare your own charcoal, net, fire starter, work gloves, ingredients, etc.  Also, please put the used charcoal in the fire extinguishing pot and be sure to clean up after the fire, as it can cause a fire!  Please also note that outside barbecues are allowed until 9:00 pm out of consideration for the neighbors.  There are many Shiraoi beef restaurants in Shiraoi, so we also recommend them.  If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

[About trash]
It would be helpful if you could separate your garbage into combustible garbage, plastic bottles, cans, and bottles.  Please do not take it out and leave it at the facility.  If you are staying for multiple nights, please let us know so we can come and collect your trash.

[Consideration for the neighborhood]
Since there are babies and elderly people in the neighborhood, please refrain from activities in front of the entrance or in the courtyard after 9:00 p.m., as their voices may be heard in the neighborhood.

[About pets]
Please be sure to contact us if you are staying with pets.  There is a separate pet fee of 5,000 yen for up to 2 pets.  You will not be able to stay without contacting us.  It is possible to stay with pets, but please be aware of the following.

  1. Bedrooms with beds and futons, bathrooms, and tatami rooms cannot be used.  Please do not put it in or on the bed.  Once hair gets on your sheets or blankets, it is difficult to remove.  Please bring a bed, towel, etc. for your pet to sleep on.

2. Please be careful not to damage the product.  Please be careful not to damage the walls, floors, scratches, or chew on wiring.

3. If you don't feel comfortable using the toilet, please put on a diaper or prepare a cage.

4.If there is any damage, please be sure to let us know.  In the past, cables for TVs and electrical appliances were bitten and damaged, which was very dangerous.  In addition, if there is severe dirt such as excrement, nail scratches, etc., you will have to ask a professional to repair it.  We appreciate your understanding in advance as cleaning fees and equipment reimbursement may be required depending on the usage situation.
